Ingredients

  • 4 medium apples
  • 50 g dried cranberries
  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 70 g chopped almonds
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F) with top and bottom heat.

    Wash the apples, cut off a lid and remove the core using an apple corer. Cut off the lid and base of the pomegranate, slice one side open, flip the skin back, and use a small spoon to loosen the seeds. Place the seeds together with the dried cranberries and honey in a blender and pulse until finely chopped. Fold in the chopped almonds. Fill the apples with this mixture.

    Place the stuffed apples in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
