Ingredients
- 4 firm small pears
- 100 ml water
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 5 tbsp Honey
- 1 Vanilla bean

Peel the pears. Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Bring the water, lemon juice, honey, and vanilla seeds to a boil.

Arrange the pears side by side in a small baking dish and pour the liquid over them. Bake at 200 °C (180 °C fan) for 30 minutes until the pears are tender and the liquid has slightly caramelized. During baking, drizzle the pears with the liquid again (add a little water if needed). Serve warm.
