Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Mango
  • 100 g Baby spinach
  • 100 g lamb's lettuce
  • 2 fresh mint leaves
  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 0.5 tsp matcha tea powder
  • 100 ml mineral water

Instructions

    Peel the banana and cut it into pieces. Mix with the lemon juice.

    Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the pit and roughly cube it. Combine with the banana.

    Wash the spinach and lamb's lettuce thoroughly. Rinse the mint leaves and pluck them off the stems. Add all fruit and vegetables to a blender and puree finely.

    Add the coconut milk, matcha powder and mineral water. Blend again. If needed, add more water until the desired consistency is reached.

    Fill ice molds and freeze for about 2 hours. Insert sticks and freeze for another 2 hours.
