Add the yogurt and mix for 5 seconds at speed 4. Add the whipped cream and strawberry cubes and fold in for 5 seconds at speed 3.

Pour the ice‑cream mixture into a wide stainless steel bowl and freeze for about 4 hours, or place it in an ice‑cream machine to churn until firm. When ready to serve, add the desired amount of ice cream to the mixing bowl and blend for 30 seconds at speed 3 until creamy; extend the time if using a larger quantity.
