Strawberry Tiramisu Without Egg

Ingredients

  • 600 g strawberries
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 200 g whipping cream
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 350 ml orange juice
  • 250 g ladyfingers
  • cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

    Clean, wash, and pat dry the strawberries; set aside about 100 g. Cut the remaining berries into small pieces and sprinkle with half of the powdered sugar. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Mix the mascarpone with the remaining powdered sugar, then fold in the whipped cream. Gently stir the reserved strawberries into two‑thirds of the cream mixture.

    Line a square pan with 2 tbsp strawberry‑mascarpone cream. Briefly dip ladyfingers in orange juice and layer them in the pan. Spread the strawberry‑mascarpone cream over the first layer, then add another layer of soaked ladyfingers and cover with the remaining cream (without strawberries). Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Combine the reserved strawberries with lemon juice and powdered sugar; blend until smooth. Just before serving, dust the tiramisu with cocoa powder, scoop portions onto dessert plates, drizzle with strawberry puree, and optionally sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.
