Ingredients
- 125 ml cold espresso
- 40 ml Amaretto (almond liqueur)
- 200 g ladyfingers
- 4 very fresh egg yolks
- 50 g coconut palm sugar
- 400 g mascarpone
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions

Stir the espresso with Amaretto.

Dip half of the ladyfingers in the espresso-Amaretto mixture and arrange them side by side in a shallow dish.

Beat the egg yolks and coconut palm sugar until creamy using hand mixer. Fold in the mascarpone spoonfuls.

Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers in the dish and smooth it out.

Dip the remaining ladyfingers in the espresso-Amaretto mixture and cover them with the rest of the mascarpone mixture. Smooth and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Before serving, dust the dessert with cocoa powder.
