- 550 g strawberries
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 100 g sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g Sour Cream
- 250 g whipping cream

Clean, wash, and pat dry the strawberries; reserve 150 g for garnish. Blend the remaining berries with lemon juice, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Strain the puree through a sieve.

Stir in the sour cream. Whip the cream to stiff peaks and fold it into the mixture. Transfer the ice cream base to an ice cream maker or place it in a container and freeze for 5 hours, stirring vigorously every 20 minutes during the first two hours to prevent large ice crystals.
