Ingredients
- 800 g raspberries (or about 600 g raspberry pulp)
- 400 ml gooseberry juice
- 100 ml raspberry syrup
- 1 lemon

Wash the raspberries, puree them and strain through a sieve. Mix the pulp with gooseberry juice, raspberry syrup (adjust to taste), and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Fill plastic cups and freeze. If needed, add more juice. Stir every 30 minutes with a fork; when the ice starts to set, insert wooden sticks. Let it freeze completely. Before serving, pour out of the cups and let sit for about 5 minutes to soften.
