Fast fitness berry ice cream with avocado from Exquisa: ready in no time – and packed with 16 grams of protein per serving!

Ingredients

  • 1 small pomegranate
  • 50 g almonds (with skin)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 400 g Exquisa Fitline Protein Vanilla
  • 300 g frozen berries

Instructions

    Halve the pomegranate and gently tap out the seeds. Roughly chop almonds for garnish.

    Peel the banana and cut into large chunks. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh and cut into large pieces. Combine banana, avocado, lime juice, Exquisa Fitline Protein Vanilla quark, and frozen berries in a stand mixer and blend until smooth.

    Scoop the berry mixture into small balls and arrange them on plates. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and almonds, serve immediately.
