Refreshing apple‑grapefruit drink that boosts fat burning: blackcurrants, grapefruit and apples provide a multiple of the daily vitamin requirement.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Apples (1 apple)
  • 100 g red currants
  • 50 g black currants
  • 200 g grapefruit (0.5 grapefruits)
  • 100 ml sparkling water (ice‑cold)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Wash the apple, quarter it and roughly cube it with the core.

  2. 2.

    Rinse the currants and drain them in a sieve. Set aside one stem; strip the remaining berries from their stems.

    Squeeze half of the grapefruit to extract the juice.

  4. 4.

    Place the apple cubes and stripped currants in a juicer and press.

  5. 5.

    Stir the juice, ice cubes and sparkling water in a tall glass. Garnish with a currant stem.
