Ingredients
- 400 g small strawberries
- 20 ml Cointreau
- 20 ml Campari
- 400 ml sparkling wine
- 400 ml ginger ale
- 1 pomelo

Wash and clean the strawberries, place them in a container and pour over Cointreau and Campari. Chill for 30 minutes.

Distribute the marinated strawberries among four glasses and fill evenly with ice‑cold sparkling wine and ginger ale.

Slice the pomelo into rounds and garnish the glasses with it. Serve the strawberry punch with Cointreau.
