Sparkling Berry Punch

Ingredients

  • 400 g blackcurrants
  • 2 Organic Limes
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 l chilled carbonated mineral water
  • 750 ml chilled non‑alcoholic sparkling wine
  • 1 bundle mint
  • lemongrass (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash the berries, discard stems and let them drain well.

  2. 2.

    Wash the limes, dry rub the rind and slice into thin rounds.

  3. 3.

    Add the fruits to a glass container, pour in honey and about 500 ml mineral water.

  4. 4.

    Cover the vessel and chill for approximately 2 hours. Just before serving add the remaining mineral water and sparkling wine, wash, dry shake and chop the mint, then stir it in.

    Serve in tall glasses garnished with lemongrass.
