Strawberry Pancakes with Blueberries and Raspberries

Ingredients

  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 250 ml milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup Exquisa (Fitline Protein Quark-Yogurt-Cream Strawberry)
  • 1 handful raspberries
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 1 tsp flaxseed

Instructions

    Mix the flour with 1 tsp baking powder. Mash the banana well with a fork, add it to the milk and whisk into a smooth batter. Add a pinch of salt and ½ tsp vanilla essence, whisk again thoroughly.

    Spoon 2 tbsp of batter onto a pan for each pancake. Let the warm pancakes hang on a rack over a wire to keep their shape. Fill each with 2 tbsp Exquisa Fitline Protein Quark-Yogurt-Cream Strawberry and, to taste, fresh fruit – e.g., bananas, raspberries, blueberries – and flaxseed. Enjoy hot or as a refreshing snack in between.
