Strawberry Muesli with Kiwi

Ingredients

  • 1 l milk
  • 250 g mixed whole flakes (from oats, barley, wheat and rye)
  • 60 g raisins
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

    Bring the milk to a boil in a pot, stir in the flakes and let it boil again briefly. Add the raisins, stir well and pour the mixture into a bowl.

    Let it cool slightly, cover and let it soak overnight in the refrigerator.

    Wash and clean the strawberries; cut four pieces into wedges and dice the rest finely. Peel the kiwi and slice it.

    Season the yogurt with honey and lemon juice and mix with the muesli and diced strawberries. Serve on plates garnished with strawberry wedges and kiwi slices.
