Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 small apples
- 300 g Yogurt (0.3% fat)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp almond flakes
- 2 tbsp oats
- 6 tbsp crunchy muesli
- 2 blackberry stems

Peel the banana and mash it with a fork. Wash apples, halve them, remove cores, cut 4 thin apple slices and set aside. Peel remaining apple as desired, grate finely and stir into yogurt with banana puree.

Heat butter, sprinkle vanilla sugar, add almond flakes and oats, roast while stirring, then let cool slightly and mix crunchy muesli into yogurt.

Wash blackberries and strip stems. Arrange the muesli with blackberries and apple slices in bowls and serve.
