Berry Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

  • 160 g low‑fat quark
  • 500 ml Buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp apple syrup
  • 160 g rolled oats
  • 500 g mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • 30 g walnut kernels
  • 10 g sunflower seeds

Instructions

    Whisk the quark with buttermilk and apple syrup until smooth. Stir in the oats and let sit for about 5 minutes to soften.

    Meanwhile wash the berries and pat dry. Trim and halve or quarter the strawberries as desired.

    Coarsely chop the walnuts and mix them with the sunflower seeds.

    Combine most of the berries with the yogurt mixture, spoon onto individual bowls, then sprinkle remaining berries and nuts on top.
