Ingredients
- 50 g cashew nuts
- 50 g almond kernels
- 10 g butter
- 20 g brown sugar
- 50 g honey
- 0.5 vanilla pod (marmalade)
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 250 g coarse rolled oats
- 100 g raspberries
- 100 g blueberries
- 100 g Strawberries
- 800 ml milk (optional)

Coarsely chop the cashew nuts and almonds. Heat the butter in a large skillet and melt the sugar in it. Add the honey, vanilla marmalade, and cinnamon and let it melt. Add the oats and chopped nuts, stirring until lightly browned. Spread the mixture on parchment paper and cool.

Meanwhile, rinse, wash, and drain the raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries. Cut into pieces if desired.

Crush the cooled oat mixture with your fingers and fill bowls. Serve with fruit and milk as desired.
