Fresh strawberry lemonade sweetened with honey instead of refined sugar. This recipe shows you how to make a refreshing drink that keeps your taste buds happy and your health in check.

Ingredients

  • 500 g ripe strawberries
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 tbsp mild honey (e.g., rapeseed honey)
  • 1.25 l sparkling mineral water (well chilled)
  • Ice cubes
  • tarragon leaves for garnish

    Wash and clean the strawberries, then place them in a high-powered blender or tall container. Cut the lemons and oranges in half, squeeze out their juice, and add it to the strawberries. Blend everything until smooth, strain through a fine sieve, and sweeten the strawberry puree with honey.
