Ingredients
- 500 g ripe strawberries
- 2 lemons
- 2 oranges
- 2 tbsp mild honey (e.g., rapeseed honey)
- 1.25 l sparkling mineral water (well chilled)
- Ice cubes
- tarragon leaves for garnish

Wash and clean the strawberries, then place them in a high-powered blender or tall container. Cut the lemons and oranges in half, squeeze out their juice, and add it to the strawberries. Blend everything until smooth, strain through a fine sieve, and sweeten the strawberry puree with honey.

Divide the strawberry puree among glasses with ice cubes, top up with sparkling mineral water, garnish with tarragon leaves, and serve immediately.
