Mango Lassi Shake with Buttermilk

Spoonsparrow presents: Mango Lassi Shake with buttermilk – a protein-packed drink to sip!

Ingredients

  • 1 piece ginger (1 cm)
  • 1 piece turmeric (1 cm)
  • 1 cup Exquisa ZERO Quark-Yogurt-Cream Mango (400 g)
  • 400 ml Buttermilk
  • 1 organic lemon (zest and juice)
  • a pinch pepper
  • 2 tbsp almond sticks
  • Lemon balm (for garnish)

Instructions

    Peel and finely grate the ginger and turmeric. Blend the Exquisa ZERO Quark-Yogurt-Cream Mango with buttermilk, lemon zest and juice, ginger, turmeric, and pepper using a stick blender until smooth.

    Roast the almond sticks in a dry pan until golden brown. Remove them. Divide the shake evenly into 4 glasses (about 250 ml each) and garnish with almonds and lemon balm.
