Ingredients

  • 100 ml carrot juice
  • 100 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 100 ml Buttermilk
  • 1 piece ginger (walnut-sized, fresh)
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Chives
  • carrot strips (for garnish)

Instructions

    Peel the ginger and press it through a garlic press into the blender.

    Add the juices, buttermilk, and honey, then blend everything. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with chives and carrot strips.
