Ingredients
- 100 ml carrot juice
- 100 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 100 ml Buttermilk
- 1 piece ginger (walnut-sized, fresh)
- 1 tsp Honey
- Chives
- carrot strips (for garnish)

Peel the ginger and press it through a garlic press into the blender.

Add the juices, buttermilk, and honey, then blend everything. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with chives and carrot strips.
