Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 300 g pineapple (peeled)
- 200 ml Buttermilk
- a handful of ice cubes

Peel the bananas and mangoes. Cut the mango flesh away from the pit.

Dice the bananas, pineapple, and mango flesh and blend finely with buttermilk and ice cubes in a blender.

Serve immediately into four glasses.
