Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch dill
- 0.5 Salad Cucumber
- 0.5 Avocado
- 300 ml soy drink (soy milk)
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Wash the dill, shake dry and trim the tips. Wash half a cucumber, cut it lengthwise, remove seeds and roughly dice.

Separate the avocado flesh from the skin.

Blend the cucumber with avocado, dill, soy drink and lemon juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
