Strawberry Ice Cream with Yogurt Cream and Chocolate

The strawberry ice cream with yogurt cream and chocolate by Spoonsparrow looks great and tastes wonderful, and it is very easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 400 g Strawberries
  • 40 g dark chocolate (at least 75% cocoa)
  • 300 g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

    Clean, wash, halve the strawberries and freeze two-thirds of them for about 3 hours.

    Meanwhile chop the chocolate. Whisk 150 g yogurt with honey until creamy.

    When the strawberries are frozen, blend them with cinnamon, remaining yogurt and honey in a blender until smooth.

    Layer the ice cream alternately with the remaining strawberries in glasses, top with yogurt cream and sprinkle with strawberry pieces and chopped chocolate before serving.
