Ingredients
- 1 kg strawberries
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 3 handfuls picked elderflowers
- 4 dried dates
- 100 g honey
- 1 tsp agar-agar
Instructions

Wash and clean the strawberries. Blend with lemon juice, elderflowers, dates, and honey. Then bring to a boil in a pot while stirring.

Let the mixture simmer briefly, add agar-agar, stir well, and cook for another 2 minutes. Fill prepared sterile jars up to the rim and seal immediately. Place on the lid for 10 minutes, then flip and let cool.
