- 5 kiwis
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 150 g fruit pectin (2:1 sugar to raw cane sugar)

Peel the kiwis, quarter them and place in a pot. Peel the bananas, cut into pieces and add to the kiwis in the pot. Add the lemon juice and pectin and mix with the fruit. When the fruit starts to release juice, puree the kiwis and bananas finely with an immersion blender.

Bring the fruit mixture to a boil over high heat while stirring constantly, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for about 3 minutes, still bubbling. Transfer the jam into clean jars, seal them, turn upside down for a few minutes, then flip back. Let the jam cool and refrigerate.
