Ingredients

  • 250 g fresh strawberries
  • 400 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 1 tbsp Raw cane sugar
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla powder
  • 100 g whipping cream
  • 2 stalks lemon balm

Instructions

    Clean, wash, and pat dry the strawberries; blend with yogurt, sugar, and vanilla powder.

    Beat the cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the mixture. Spoon into glasses, garnish with lemon balm, and serve immediately.

    Tip: Instead of lemon balm you can sprinkle chopped pistachios, strawberry pieces, or chocolate shavings on top.
