Quark with strawberries from Spoonsparrow: The dessert awakens childhood memories
Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 400 g quark (20% fat)
- 100 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- mint (for garnish)

Wash, pat dry, and trim the strawberries; puree about one‑third with 1 tbsp honey in a blender until smooth. Slice the remaining berries into rounds.

Whisk the quark with yogurt, vanilla powder, remaining honey, and lemon juice until creamy. Fold in half of the sliced strawberries and spoon the mixture into glasses. Top each glass with the remaining sliced strawberries and strawberry puree, then garnish with mint before serving.
