Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp pine nuts
  • 400 g Strawberries
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 200 g tofu
  • 100 ml unsweetened soy drink (soy milk)
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil

Instructions

    Roast the pine nuts in a small pot without fat. Wash, trim, and roughly chop the strawberries; blend with sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Drain the tofu well, crumble it slightly, add to the blender, pour in soy drink, and blend again vigorously.

    Finally stir in the oil, divide the cream among four bowls, and serve garnished with pine nuts.
