Ingredients

  • 3 sheets gelatin
  • 400 g Strawberries
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 150 g whipping cream
  • 350 g cream cheese

Instructions

    Soak the gelatin in cold water. Wash, trim and quarter the strawberries. In a saucepan combine them with 30 g powdered sugar, stir constantly until it boils, then simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat. Pour into glasses and let cool.

    Whisk the remaining powdered sugar with 30 g cream and the cream cheese until smooth. Whip the rest of the cream stiffly. Warm 4 tbsp of the cream cheese mixture in a saucepan and dissolve the pressed gelatin in it. Stir the gelatin into the cream cheese mixture and fold in the whipped cream. Refill the glasses with this mixture and chill until serving.
