Strawberry Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 sheets gelatin
  • 400 g Strawberries
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 250 ml Whipping Cream

Instructions

    Soak the gelatin in cold water.

    Wash, trim, reserve 4 halves for garnish and finely puree the remaining strawberries. In a small saucepan heat with sugar and lemon juice. Remove from heat and stir in the squeezed gelatin. Let cool.

    Whip the cream stiff, fold into the strawberry purée, and fill cups. Chill for at least 2 hours.

    Serve garnished with the reserved strawberry halves.
