Ingredients

  • 20 g freeze‑dried strawberries
  • 1 Orange (juice)
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 4 scoops yogurt ice cream (or banana ice cream)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    First, crush the freeze‑dried strawberries in a blender and set aside. Cut the orange in half and squeeze out the juice.

    Clean, wash the fresh strawberries; reserve about half for garnish. Blend the remaining with orange juice, buttermilk, ice cream, honey, and vanilla sugar until smooth and frothy.

    Divide the puree among four bowls, top with the reserved strawberries, sprinkle with freeze‑dried strawberries, and garnish with mint. Serve immediately.
