The strawberry and herb porcini salad from Spoonsparrow brings spring to the plate!

Ingredients

  • 50 g Brie
  • 350 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 4 tbsp milk (1.5% fat)
  • 1 tbsp fig mustard
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 romaine leaf
  • 1 radicchio
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 1 handful sprouts
  • 250 g herb porcini mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil

Instructions

    Dice the Brie and blend with yogurt, milk, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper into a creamy dressing.

    Wash, trim, and slice the salads into fine strips. Arrange on four plates or in a large bowl. Wash, trim, and quarter the strawberries. Rinse sprouts briefly under hot water and drain. Distribute sprouts and strawberries over the salad.
