Ingredients

  • 500 g fresh strawberries
  • 200 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)

Instructions

    Clean, rinse, and pat dry the strawberries. Chop the dark chocolate and melt it over a hot, non-boiling water bath. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

    Dip about half of each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allow excess to drip off, and place on parchment paper. Chill coated strawberries in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes until they are firm.
