Chocolate Strawberries

Ingredients

• 500 g strawberries
• 75 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
• 75 g whole milk chocolate
• 75 g white chocolate
• 2 tbsp finely chopped pistachios
• 1 tbsp coconut flakes

Instructions

   Wash the strawberries gently with style and pat them dry. Chop each type of chocolate separately and melt over a hot, non-boiling water bath. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

   Dip one third of the strawberries in each chocolate so that half of each fruit is coated. Place on a cooling rack to dry. Just before the chocolate sets, sprinkle the chocolate-covered strawberries with pistachios and coconut flakes.
