Stracciatella Quark

Spoonsparrow: Quark dessert in Snow White colors – yogurt quark (white), strawberry puree (red) & dark chocolate (black).

Ingredients

  • 500 g Low-fat quark
  • 300 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 3 tbsp sparkling mineral water
  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 0.5 lime
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

Instructions

    Whisk quark and yogurt until smooth. Fold in sparkling mineral water.

    Split the vanilla bean lengthwise, scrape out the seeds with a knife and stir into the quark mixture.

  3. 3.

    Coarsely chop the chocolate and mix it with honey into the quark.

  4. 4.

    Carefully wash, dry, de-stem, and cut the strawberries for the Snow White red; place them in a tall bowl.

  5. 5.

    Squeeze half a lime over the strawberries and blend everything with an immersion blender. Stir in maple syrup.

    Serve the stracciatella quark and strawberry puree in glasses.
