Stir‑Fry Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 300 g baby corn
  • 300 g mixed vegetables (cut small, e.g., onions, broccoli florets, red bell pepper, carrots)
  • 150 g bean sprouts
  • 1 Green Chili Pepper
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Instructions

    Wash the chili, halve lengthwise, remove seeds, slice into thin strips. Rinse bean sprouts with boiling water and drain well.

    Heat oil in a wok, stir‑fry corn and vegetables for 4–5 minutes, add bean sprouts and cook another 2 minutes. Mix in the chili.

    Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and a splash of water; simmer over medium heat for 1 minute, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
