Ingredients
- 1 kg pre‑cooked Stint
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 300 g corn flour
- oil (for frying)
Instructions

Season the Stint with salt and pepper. Coat it in the corn flour, tapping off any excess.

Heat plenty of oil (about 600–800 ml) in a deep pan until small bubbles rise when a wooden stick is held in the hot oil—this indicates the oil is ready—and fry the Stint portions until golden brown.

Drain on kitchen paper, arrange on a plate and serve immediately. Lime or lemon wedges pair well with it.
