  • 150 ml dry white wine
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • soy sauce
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. 1.

Clean, wash and slice the bell peppers into strips. Wash and drain the sprouts. Slice the ginger thinly. Rinse the fish fillet, pat it dry, and cut into four equal pieces.

Bring the white wine with the ginger to a boil in a wide pot. Place the fish in this broth. Cover and simmer gently for about 15 minutes until cooked through.
