Ingredients

  • 800 g fish fillet (e.g., cod)
  • 3 carrots (ca. 300 g)
  • 200 g knollensellerie
  • 250 ml vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • coriander leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash the fish, pat dry, cut into four equal pieces and season with salt and pepper. Wash or peel the vegetables, julienne finely, and mix together.

    Place the fish and vegetable strips in a steamer basket. Bring wine and broth to a boil in a pot, add the steamer basket, cover, and steam for 10-12 minutes until cooked.

    Finally plate on dishes and garnish with coriander.
