Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets (about 140 g each)
- 150 ml dry white wine
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 1 sprig rosemary
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 400 g peas
- 400 g sugar snap peas
- 2 tbsp butter
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- sweet pea blossoms for garnish

Wash and pat the breasts dry. Bring the wine with 100 ml water, thyme, and rosemary to a boil. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, place them in a steamer basket over the liquid, cover, and steam for about 10 minutes.

Wash and trim the peas and sugar snap peas, then briefly sauté them in hot butter. Deglaze with a little broth, season, and steam covered for about 4 minutes. Add parsley and spread on plates. Arrange the chicken breasts on top and garnish with sweet pea blossoms before serving.
