Ingredients

  • 16 chicken drumsticks
  • 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 350 g broccoli florets
  • 350 g Pak Choi
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • olive oil

Instructions

    Wash and pat the thighs dry. Mix the teriyaki sauce with the tomato paste and honey, coat the chicken thighs and refrigerate covered for 2 hours.

    Meanwhile wash and trim the vegetables. Blanch the broccoli in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, drain, shock in cold water and let it dry well.

    Slice the zucchini diagonally into 1 cm thick rounds.

    Blanch the pak choi in boiling salted water for 1–2 minutes, remove, shock in cold water and let it dry well.

    Preheat the grill.

    Place the chicken thighs on the hot grill and grill for 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally. Add the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil and grill together. Plate everything and serve.
