Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillets (about 160 g each)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1 lime (zest and juice)
  • sesame oil
  • Salt
  • ground black pepper

    Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into cubes. Peel and finely chop the garlic, mix with ginger, sliced chili pepper, coconut milk, lime zest and juice; combine with the chicken cubes. Best to place everything in a plastic bag so it is well covered and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

    Remove from the marinade, skewer onto wooden sticks, drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill for 5-6 minutes on each side, turning occasionally.
