Ingredients
- 3 bell peppers (red, green, yellow)
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt
- 75 ml vegetable broth
- fresh chopped parsley

Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove seeds, quarter and cut into strips. Add butter to a hot pan and add the peppers. Briefly sauté until colorless with a spoon or stir. Season with salt and deglaze with broth. Reduce heat, cover and gently steam for 3-5 minutes so the vegetables stay firm.

Remove the lid. If excess liquid remains, simmer uncovered while stirring briefly until the vegetables gain a nice shine.

Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
