Ingredients
- 600 g Spinach
- 4 shallots
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 3 tbsp peanut oil
- light soy sauce
- fish sauce
Instructions

Wash and roughly chop the spinach.

Peel and slice the shallots and garlic.

Wash and finely chop the chili pepper.

Sauté the shallots and garlic in hot oil in a wok. Add chili, ginger and spinach, stir-fry briefly and vigorously. Season with soy and fish sauce and serve immediately.
