- 4 Rib‑Eye steaks (pre‑cooked, about 160 g)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 sprigs sage
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 Shallot
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 10 tbsp olive oil

Preheat the grill.

Wash the meat, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, then place on the hot grill. Grill each side for 5–8 minutes.

For the marinade, rinse the herbs, shake dry, and cut leaves or needles into thin strips. Peel the shallot and garlic, finely dice them, and mix with garlic, oil, and lemon juice.

Place the meat in a shallow dish, drizzle with the marinade, and let rest for about 20 minutes. Then slice into thin strips and serve, e.g., over fresh green salad.
