Ingredients

  • 1 onion (finely diced)
  • 3 chili peppers
  • 0.25 Cucumber
  • 200 ml chicken broth
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 0.5 bunch Parsley
  • 1 Lime (juice)
  • Salt
  • 2 tsp Sesame seeds

Instructions

    Wash the cucumber and shave into thin slices, mix with a pinch of salt and let drain on a sieve.

    Combine the sliced cucumber, diced onion, and chicken broth in a pot. Peel and press the garlic clove into the mixture; simmer gently for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Wash the parsley, shake off excess water, remove leaves, finely chop, and stir into the sauce with sesame seeds. Season with salt and lime juice. Let cool completely.
