  • 500 g fusilli
  • Salz
  • 2 Knoblauchzehen
  • 8 Sardellen
  • 4 EL Olivenöl
  • 2 EL frisch gehacktes Basilikum
  • Pfeffer (aus der Mühle)
  • Basilikum (für die Garnitur)

    Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

    Peel the garlic and finely chop it with 4 sardine fillets. Sauté both in hot olive oil for 1-2 minutes. Add basil and drained pasta, deglaze with a splash of pasta water. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with basil, and serve.
