Ingredients

  • 2 large oysters
  • 1 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp finely chopped chili peppers
  • 0.5 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil

Instructions

    Wash and open the oysters. (Hold the oyster with the convex side down in a kitchen towel, use an oyster knife to pierce the hinge at the back, then twist to open.
