Ingredients

  • 800 g spinach
  • 12 shrimp
  • 200 g baby corn
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 1 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Clean and wash the spinach, blanch briefly in salted water. Shock with cold water and drain.

    Split the shrimp lengthwise, devein, clean and rinse.

    Wash the corn kernels.

    Peel the onion and slice into strips.

    Peel the garlic clove and finely chop.

    Wash the chili peppers and cut into rings.

    Sauté the shrimp and corn kernels in hot oil. Add sesame seeds, chili, garlic, and onion; stir-fry for about 1 minute. Fold in the spinach and season with honey, ginger, pepper, and soy sauce. Taste and serve on plates.
