Ingredients
- 300 g shrimp tails (prepped)
- 300 g cod fillet
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 Eggs
- 4 Tbsp breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 3 tbsp Flour
Instructions

Wash and pat dry the shrimp, then finely chop. Wash and pat dry the cod fillet, then cut into small pieces.

Wash, deseed, and finely chop the bell pepper after removing all white membranes.

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic cloves.

Sauté the onion in 1 tbsp hot olive oil until translucent, then set aside to cool.

Whisk the eggs, add cod, shrimp, bell pepper, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, onions, salt, pepper, and mix into a firm dough. Place flour on a flat plate.

Shape small patties from the dough, coat them in flour, and fry in remaining olive oil for about 4 minutes per side.
